Setting Parameters Within the BODY Tag

The BODY tag follows the HEAD tag within your HTML. The contents
of your web page is displayed between the BODY tags. This includes
everything displayed when viewed through a web browser.

You can set parameters within the BODY tag that will be used
throughout your web page. It isn't necessary to set parameters, as
there is a default setting, but if you'd like your page to be
displayed with colors other than the default, you have the
              ability.
